Raymond founded FLDC Architecture in 1998 with a vision to create beautiful, contextual and honest architecture.

An accomplished architect, builder and project leader, Raymond’s expertise extends to all aspects of design and construction. Over the last 20 years, he has delivered a diverse range of high quality Residential, Commercial and Education developments throughout New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and the Northern Territory. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Sydney’s University of Technology and is a member of the Master Builders Association.

Raymond places great importance on client engagement and is passionate about ensuring the delivery of successful project outcomes, producing efficient, buildable design solutions and maintaining the integrity of the design vision from concept stage through to completion.

Owing to a creative yet practical and result oriented approach, Raymond’s ability to manage challenging projects has earned him a reputation for delivering innovative solutions and achieving maximum performance for clients.

An equally brilliant dad, when Raymond’s not working, you might find him hosting tea parties or go kart racing.
