A blend of materials and quality finishes throughout combine to create these stylish duplex homes.

Contemporary and light-filled, both homes offer private driveway access, generous open plan living and three bedrooms with ensuites and walk in closets. Soaring hallways and floor-to-ceiling windows further enhance space and comfort, while also providing a strong connection to the outside.

This project presented a number of challenges, including a sloping block. Working closely with council to ensure compliance with local construction requirements, our team responded to these challenges with innovative architectural and engineering solutions.
