Completed in 2020, this well-appointed home at Greenhills Beach is distinguished by its understated elegance and sense of calm. There were three key components to the client’s brief: privacy, light and fluidity.

Hidden from view behind a privacy wall, the lux residence is clad in engineered timber, natural stone, and crisp white against charcoal render. Inside, a generous, free-flowing space capitalises on the northern orientation of the site with soaring ceilings and expansive windows.

The house consists of two wings, connected by a glass corridor with pool and garden views. Zoned to one side is the master bedroom retreat. The eastern wing houses the main kitchen, dining and living areas – light-filled spaces with eye-catching angles and elevated walkways.

This excessively sloping site presented a number of challenges for our team, but with extensive experience and imagination, we turned adversity in to opportunity – to deliver a truly unique and beautiful family home.
