Our brief was to transform a 1970s yellow brick home in Dover Heights, Sydney into a stylish and contemporary home.

Externally, the design presents a modern, composite form with full height glazing. Well-considered accents and refined materials frame out the expansive windows and seamlessly connect each space.

Internally, low ceilings and small rooms were replaced with an expansive free flowing space, characterised by elegant lines, an uncomplicated aesthetic and high-quality materials. Designed to make the most of city and harbour views, the upstairs houses four bedrooms, a study and three balconies. The property’s crowning jewel – a rooftop terrace with ample space for entertaining family and friends against the stunning backdrop.
